Craving pizza? I always crave pizza. Usually with sausage, mushrooms, extra cheese and a spicy red sauce. For this round of pizza nirvana, I decided to go completely out of my little box and do something that I hardly ever do, make a chicken pizza, a Colorado Chicken Pizza with Cheesy White Sauce to be exact.
Some of you already know but I thought today is the right time to make my big announcement. I accepted a proposal in early January. I have been “engaged”, getting all my ducks in a row, my thoughts organized and all the other nitty gritty taken care of… So as of today, I’m getting married.
Less than a week away and the country will be glued to the couch watching the Super Bowl. I will be but after half time. My best high school friend is flying in that evening for my birthday and it so happens that her flight arrives at 7pm. Kind of a bummer but the airport
I’m starting on week two of eight for the year when my TV is running 24/7. Yep! Tennis major season is underway all the way Down Under! I love watching the Open and the upsets this year have been stunning, so the week is only going to get better! I really hope Federer can win

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend! I had a quiet weekend with friends and my dogs in Evergreen. It’s kinda awesome not to have to do anything for Christmas. Just show up, have fun, eat and drink. Ha! I wish every holiday was this easy… Now, just one more holiday to get through and
Well, tomorrow is the day that my kitchen remodel will be done! The cabinet installer is coming in to do all the final trim work and install the drawers in my giant pantry! I am so thrilled with how it’s turning out and that in reality it was a seven week start to finish project!
